Product 01

Guest messaging

An AI that reads and answers your guests on the accounts you already run, in whatever language they write in.

One inbox

Guests message where they already are.

Connect the accounts you run today. Zoomie reads every incoming message, answers in the guest's language, and keeps one thread per guest — so the person who asked about parking on Instagram isn't a stranger when they email about check-in.

  • WhatsApp

Where most direct bookers ask their first question. Templates, media and voice notes included.

  • Instagram

DMs and story replies from people who found the pool photo and want to know if it's free in June.

  • Messenger

Your Facebook page inbox, answered on the same rules as everything else.

  • Gmail for Business

Long enquiries, group requests and invoices — read, sorted and drafted with the rest.

Optional · Cloudbeds

The AI doesn't guess. It checks real-time availability.

Zoomie reads your Cloudbeds inventory before it answers, so every room, date and rate it quotes is one you can honour.

  • Live room types, rates and restrictions — never a cached guess.
  • Sold-out dates answered with the nearest alternative, not a dead end.
  • Direct booking links, so the reservation lands with you and not an OTA.
  • Hand the thread to a human whenever the request needs judgement.

Experiences

A booking site under your own name for the guests already in your rooms, run from a dashboard your team controls.

The guest site

Everything you sell, wherever they open it.

A guest checks in and opens your Experiences site from a QR code in the room — your logo, your colours, your own address, nothing to install. They see what you run tomorrow, what has seats left, what it costs, and they book it there. You are paid directly, with no marketplace taking a cut.

  • A fast mobile site on your own domain, or a Zoomie address — styled to your brand.
  • Reached from a QR code, a link at check-in, or your existing website.
  • Pay on the spot or charge it to the room — you keep the full margin.
  • Works on its own. No messaging product required.

The dashboard

Your staff runs the catalogue.

Add an activity, retire one, change a price, cap the seats, set a cut-off time. Every edit reaches the guest site immediately — pause the cooking class at lunchtime and it is gone from every phone in the building before the afternoon.

How each one works

Two products, three steps each.

Guest messaging

  1. 01

    The guest asks

A message lands on WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger or Gmail, in whatever language the guest speaks.

  2. 02

    Zoomie checks

It reads the request against your policies, and — if you connect Cloudbeds — against what is genuinely open on those dates.

  3. 03

    Zoomie answers

A real answer in the guest's language, in the thread they started. Anything it should not decide goes to your team instead.

Experiences

  1. 01

    You load the catalogue

Your activities, seats, prices and cut-off times go into the dashboard once, and your team edits them from then on.

  2. 02

    The guest opens the site

A QR code in the room or a link at check-in opens your branded site on their phone. No install, no account.

  3. 03

They book and you are paid

Card on the spot or charged to the room. The seat is held, your team sees the manifest, and no commission leaves the building.

Pricing

Priced per property, not per message.

Questions

Before you book the demo.

Can we buy just one of the two?

Yes, and most properties do. Guest messaging and Experiences are separate products with separate prices. Plenty of hotels run the guest site without ever connecting a messaging channel, and plenty answer messages without selling a single activity.

Does the Experiences site need the messaging product?

No. The site runs at your own address and reaches guests through a QR code in the room, a link at check-in, or a link from your main website. If you also run the messaging product, Zoomie can additionally offer those activities inside guest conversations — that is the only thing the pairing adds.

What happens when the AI doesn't know the answer?

It stops and hands the thread to your team, with the conversation and the guest's history attached. Zoomie will not invent a rate, a room or a policy. You set the topics it must always escalate.

Do we need Cloudbeds to use Zoomie?

No. Zoomie answers messages on all four channels without it. Connecting Cloudbeds is what lets it quote live availability and rates instead of directing the guest to your booking page.

Can staff take over a conversation?

At any moment. Open the thread, start typing, and Zoomie steps back until you hand it over again. Everything stays in one history the next person can read.

Does the Experiences site mention Zoomie?

A small “Powered by Zoomie” line in the footer, and nothing else — your logo, your colours and your copy everywhere else, opening in the phone's browser with nothing to install. On Concierge you can point your own domain at it and remove that line, so nothing on the site names us. Guests book with you either way, and payouts go to your account.

How long does setup take?

About a week either way. Connecting the messaging channels takes an afternoon; the rest is teaching Zoomie your policies and room types. For Experiences, the work is loading your catalogue and setting up your address.

What does it do with guest data?

Messages are processed to answer the guest and stored under your property's account. Data is never sold, and never used to train models outside your property. You can export or delete a guest's history on request.

See whichever half you came for.

Twenty minutes. Tell us which product you want to look at and we set that one up in a sandbox — your channels answering your real questions, or your activities loaded into a booking site at your own address. Look at both if you like.
